Build your dream reception. We can help you achieve a traditional atmosphere, complete with all of the formalities, but with your own magical touch. One of the most important services we offer, standard to all of our entertainment packages, is the assistance of our wedding coordination staff. We'll help you carefully plan every detail. And if you're looking for interesting ideas to make your reception particularly distinctive, we've got plenty to suggest.
 
Your wedding day will pass by more quickly than you can imagine. Treasure every magical moment. Play songs that you love. We have thousands for you to choose from! Chances are we have every song you are looking for. If not, we'll add it to our library for you. Or, if you'd like us to use music from your own collection, we can do that, as well. Our disc jockeys will artfully blend the different genres you choose into a logical, danceable sequence. Our state of the art sound systems allow us to create an environment that's conducive to both dancing and socializing.
 
Using our pre-wedding consultation, the details of your reception are planned out long before your magical day so you have one less thing to worry about. This means NO SURPRISES on your day. In addition, we work closely with your venue's staff to coordinate the appropriate timing and flow of your event. We professionally take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Our DJs' only focus on your wedding day is to please you and your guests. 
 
A few key things to know about Magical Sight & Sound are: 

We are low key.  This means that we do not (by default) pass out props, start the Conga Line, or call out to any of your guests over the microphone (unless, of course, you want us to).  We are simply present to do what you have instructed us to do.  We are fun.  We are kind and respectful to all of your guests.  We handle your announcements with energy but we are classy, not cheesy.
 
We are careful.  We always carry back up equipment, we always have several staff members on call and we care as much as you do about the seamlessness of your day!
 
We are full-time entertainers.  This means we dedicate our life to the success of your event.  We answer our phones and emails all day long.  You will not have to wait for a response until we are finished at our "regular job"; this IS our full time job.  This also means that our equipment is stored in a temperature controlled warehouse and maintained regularly.  Beware of the "Weekend DJ" who stores their equipment in their vehicle and only starts to think about his music library the night before your wedding!
 
We encourage you to call the shots! We meet with you to plan out exactly how your day will flow.  If you know what you want, we make it happen.  If you need suggestions or assistance in planning, we are here to offer our advice and guidance.  We know a thing or two about weddings and we LOVE when you ask us questions.  We do not tell you what music to pick and we don't limit you to a small list of songs to choose from.  Our music library contains over 30,000 songs from classics to current and if we are missing a song that you love, we add it for you!  You can literally program every song for the night or give us just a few suggestions and rely on our experience to work our magic on your dance floor!
